Prior to joining Premier, Diane was the founder and CEO of Concord Capital Assets, Inc., an asset management company. Her corporate and small business experience includes: private placement real estate investment & management, business turn around management, acquisition analysis, market analysis and due diligence.
Diane earned B.S. degrees in Finance and Quantitative Analysis from California State University, Long Beach. She shares her life with her husband and their blended family of 5 children.
As Director of Mergers & Acquisitions, Jerry has worked with Mid-Market Business Owners to successfully monetize the business through acquisitions by private equity groups and strategic corporate mergers. Jerry is the former Chief Operation Officer of Transamerica Bank N.A. He has over 34 years of executive level experience with Transamerica Commercial Finance Corp and General Electric Capital Corp.
He has an extensive background in business valuations, contract negotiations, due diligence, business integration, mergers, strategic planning, P & L management, exit strategies, Six Sigma and process re-engineering.
Jerry holds a B.B.A degree in Business Finance from West Texas State University.
With over 34 yrs. experience in the business brokerage/commercial real estate arena, Dean has consistently delivered results to hundreds of business owners. Dean has represented businesses that vary in size and industries. He is particularly skilled in creating solutions that are acceptable to both parties, which is the key to success in deal making. Dean’s business philosophy is to meet and exceed clients’ expectations with personal integrity and bull dog determination.
Following his formal education, both undergraduate and post-graduate at UCLA in Los Angeles, CA, Dean entered into the garment industry for several years in both partnership and complete ownership capacities. After selling his company in 1980, Dean entered the business brokerage/commercial real estate market. His expertise include business administration, finance, and general management and consumer relations.
Jim assisted clients with business sales and acquisition for decades. He brought his extensive knowledge and experience to his transactions. Jim continues to support business owners with his small business mentoring volunteer work.
Jim owned and operated a VR Business Broker franchise for twelve years. He successfully lead the business from an under-performing franchise to being 6th highest performing franchise in the nation. Jim sold the business in 2002 and continued to work in the profession as an agent at Premier until his retirement in 2017.
Prior to owning his brokerage, Jim worked for GTE in various management positions. His last job when he retired was as Director of Strategic Planning. His last major assignment was to facilitate the merger between GTE-AG Communication Systems & ATT. In that role he was the liaison between the two businesses.
Jim graduated with a B.A. degree with a double major in Mathematics and Economics form Blackburn University.
