Diane is the former CEO of Concord Capital Assets,
Inc., an asset management firm. Her experience includes real estate
investment & management, acquisition analysis, market analysis
and due diligence. Diane is also the founding partner of a bank
consulting firm that specializes in regulatory compliance, portfolio
risk analysis and acquisition due diligence.
Her prior experience includes foreign currency
trading at the Bergen Bank of Norway, administration in the National
Accounts Division of IBM Corporation and real estate acquisition
and business development for Clayton Williams & Sherwood, Inc.
She holds B.S. degrees in Finance and Quantitative
Analysis from California State University Long Beach.

Jim Roth

Jim has been assisting clients with
business sales and acquisition for over 14 years. He brings
extensive knowledge and experience to his transactions.
Jim owned and operated a VR
Business Broker franchise for twelve years. He successfully lead
the business from an under performing to being 6th in the
nation. Jim sold in the business in 2002 and continued to
work in the profession as an agent.
Prior to owning his
brokerage, Jim worked for GTE in various management positions.
His last job when he retired was as Director of Strategic
Planning. His last major assignment was to facilitate the merger
between GTE-AG Communication Systems & ATT. In that role he
was the liaison between the two businesses.
Jim graduated with a B.A.
degree with a double major in Mathematics and Economics form
Blackburn
University

Bill Bruggeman

Bill graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of
Science degree in Accounting and became a Certified Public Accountant.
He was an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for
two public companies, responsible for accounting, finance and treasury
functions, acquisitions, analysis and required SEC filings. He has
broad industry experience including real estate development, pipeline
construction, investment companies, property tax consulting and
electronics manufacturing.

Charles Thomas

Charles has over 20 years of experience within the information
technology industry. As an IBM Account Executive, Charles worked
with Fortune 1000 company senior executives, Presidents and Chairman
in formulating information technology solutions to address strategic
business initiatives such as customer relationship management, e-business
and process automation. His solutions encompassed packaging multi-year,
multi-million dollar contracts for customized services, hardware
and software to implement proposed solutions.
Charles has broad multi-industry experience which
includes international mutual fund investment management, healthcare,
international automotive distribution, property & casualty insurance,
consumer loan underwriting, property management, grocery and pharmaceutical distribution.
Charles holds a B.S. degree in Marketing and a
Certification in International Business from Arizona State University.

Vickie Meyers

Vickie has 20 years of investment
banking experience and was a principle in the firm of The
American Partnership Board. Her duties had her working
directly with bank portfolio managers in evaluating,
pricing and liquidating limited partnerships to meet bank
portfolio objectives. She has enjoyed a long career in both
working with individuals and institutions in achieving
their financial goals.
Vickie has a BS degree from the University of Cameron in
Oklahoma. She has held both Series 7 and Series 24
securities licenses.

Wade Rusk

started, owned and operated several successful businesses.
His first venture was a full service HVAC business which he
started from scratch and successfully built the business to have
over 2600 clients prior to selling. Wade has also owned franchised
businesses and is familiar with the unique value and challenges of
franchise ownership. Throughout
Wade’s business career, he has honed his skills in business
development, market analysis and sales. Wade’s hands-on business
experiences enable him to be very effective in understanding his
client’s specific needs and challenges.
Wade was formerly a Sergeant in the

Bonnie Swanson

Bonnie has over 20 years of experience
in the legal / tax fields, holds a Juris Doctor degree from
Seattle University Law School, and is a member of the
Washington State Bar Association. Although not a
member of Arizona's State Bar, Bonnie's background and
experience in business law are invaluable in assisting her
clients through the business sale process.
Her past experience includes employment
at Boeing ( Corporate Tax Division) Touche Ross, & Moss
Adams, PLLC. In addition to her tax valuation work,
Bonnie has also prepared Offers in Compromise and
installment agreements for business owners regarding
employment taxes.
Bonnie's private business law practice
included real estate, entity formation / administration /
merger / dissolution, bank and other creditor
representation in addition to facilitating complex
multi-million dollar asset sales and Chapter 11
reorganizations.
Prior to her relocation to Arizona,
Bonnie was a founding managing member of Quantum Resources,
LLC, a real estate development and consulting firm in the
Pacific Northwest.
