Diane Thomas

Her experience includes real estate investment & management, acquisition analysis, market analysis and due diligence. Diane is also the founding partner of a bank consulting firm that specializes in regulatory compliance, portfolio risk analysis and acquisition due diligence. Her prior experience includes foreign currency trading at the Bergen Bank of Norway, administration in the National Accounts Division of IBM Corporation and real estate acquisition and business development for Clayton Williams & Sherwood, Inc. She holds B.S. degrees in Finance and Quantitative Analysis from California State University Long Beach. |

At 29, he co-founded and was CEO of McCord Travel Management, leading the company to be the 12th largest corporate travel and meetings management company in the U.S. with sales of $500M. Bruce helped build the predecessor company to Successories, Inc. leading to Successories' public offering. He has served as CEO of American EPay, Inc., offering biometric time & attendance, payroll debit card & .ASP applications to businesses. Bruce is an inaugural member of the University of Illinois at Chicago Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame and was an active member of the Young Presidents Organization for over 11 years. He holds B.S. degrees in Political Science and Sociology from Iowa State University. |

Jim Roth

Jim owned and operated a VR Business Broker franchise for twelve years. He successfully lead the business from an under performing to being 6th in the nation. Jim sold the business in 2002 and continued to work in the profession as an agent. Prior to owning his brokerage, Jim worked for GTE in various management positions. His last job when he retired was as Director of Strategic Planning. His last major assignment was to facilitate the merger between GTE-AG Communication Systems & ATT. In that role he was the liaison between the two businesses. Jim graduated with a B.A. degree with a double major in Mathematics and Economics form Blackburn University. |

Charles Thomas

His solutions encompassed packaging multi-year, multi-million dollar contracts for customized services, hardware and software to implement proposed solutions. Charles has broad multi-industry experience which includes international mutual fund investment management, healthcare, international automotive distribution, property & casualty insurance, consumer loan underwriting, property management, grocery and pharmaceutical distribution. Charles holds a B.S. degree in Marketing and a Certification in International Business from Arizona State University. |
